Ingredients
- 4 to 5 lbs. potatoes
- 2-1/2 -inch thick slices deli ham (cubed)
- 12 oz. colby cheese, cubed
- 8 T. butter
- 8 T. flour
- 3 c. milk
- Potato chips
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and cube potatoes, boil and drain. In another pan, melt butter. Stir in flour, then add milk. Add 1/2 the colby cheese; stir until it thickens. Mix together potatoes, ham, remainder of cheese and sauce. Place in baking dish. Crumble potato chips on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
