Appetizer: Parmesan Crisps 2
- 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 T flour
- 1-2 t freshly minced herbs, spices or citrus zest
Make 12 mounds ( 2 T each) of cheese mixture on baking sheets lined with parchment paper and coated with cooking spray. Flatten mounds into 4 inch rounds. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. While hot, gently remove with a spatula and let cool completely.
