- 1/2 CUP PARSLEY, CHOPPED OR 2 TBSP
- OF DRIED PARSLEY
- 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
- 1/4 TEASPOON SWEET BASIL
- 1/2 TEASPOON OREGANO
- 1/4 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
- 1/4 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
- 1 CAN TOMATOES - 16 OZ DRAINED
- 2 CUPS MOZZARELLA CHEESE, GRATED
Preparation
Step 1
IN LARGE CASSEROLE MICROWAVE ZUCCHINI AND ONION ABOUT 1O TO 20 MINUTES ON HIGH (ADD A LITTLE MARGARINE) UNTIL TENDER. IN SMALL BOWL MIX SEASONINGS AND SPRINKLE OVER ZUCCHINI MIXTURE.
ADD TOMATOES AND CHEESE AND MIX THROUGH WITH ZUCCHINI. MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 6 MINUTES UNTIL CHEESE MELTS. A DELICIOUS "GOOEY MIXTURE". MAKE SURE YOU COVER WHEN MICROWAVING.
