Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; sprinkle chicken with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
Brown the chicken 3 minutes on each side; transfer to a roasting pan. Arrange onions around chicken; sprinkle with rosemary and garlic. Bake 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
