Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. baby carrots
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 3/4 C. water
  • 1/4 C. brown sugar
  • 1 T. Homemade Gourmet BLT Seasoning
  • 1 T. butter

Preparation

Step 1

1. Boil carrots and onion until softened, about 15 min.

2. In separate pan, combine brown sugar, seasoning, and butter.

3. Stir in carrots and onions and cook about 5 minutes or until carrots are glazed.
