Ingredients
- 1/2 c butter
- 3 ozs. unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 tsp. powdered sugar sifted
- 5 T cream or evaporated milk
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
. In a double boiler heat butter and chocolate until melted
. Add in the sugar, salt and cream beating until smooth
. Stir in the egg white and flavoring and beat until cool and thick enough to spread
