CHOCOLATE FROSTING

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c butter
  • 3 ozs. unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/4 tsp. powdered sugar sifted
  • 5 T cream or evaporated milk
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

. In a double boiler heat butter and chocolate until melted

. Add in the sugar, salt and cream beating until smooth

. Stir in the egg white and flavoring and beat until cool and thick enough to spread
