Spinach - Creamed
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat the butter and cream in a medium skillet until bubbly. Add the spinach and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook over medium heat until the spinach is heated through, about 3 minutes.
