Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 6 regular pork chops or 4 pork steaks
  • 1 large yellow onion sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 small can of mushroom pieces
  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 cans Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Preparation

Step 1

Brown pork chops in olive oil. Add onions and celery. Cook until soft. Add to this both soups and mushroom pieces and cook until mixture becomes a gravy, about 20 minutes. Add rice to mix, place into a casserole dish and bake for 1/2 hour. Serve hot.
