Ingredients
- 2 ½ c cream
- 2 ½ c milk
- 2 tablsp flour
- 2 tablsp butter
- 3 types of cheese (your choice)
- egg noodles or any pasta you desire
- s & p to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. To boiling water add a generous amount of salt and then your noodles or pasta
2. In a pan make a roué with the butter and flour – make sure the flour has fully cooked before adding your milk and heavy cream. You can add any type of meat here if you like (cooked chicken, ham)
3. Add ½ of the cheese – in a baking dish mix together your noodles and your sauce – top it with the other ½ of the cheese bake in the oven at 450 for 15 mins.
