Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 12 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 T fresh chives, chopped
- sea salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Fill a large pot with 8 cups of water and bring to a boil.
2. Place eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove the eggs, and place them in a large bowl with ice for 10 minutes.
3. Peel the eggs, place them in a bowl, and mash them with a potato masher or large fork. Mix in the greek yogurt, sea salt, pepper, chopped bacon, and chopped chives.
