Taco Soup - Lisa
- 4 lbs ground beef
- 8 cans of mild Rotel
- 8 cans of corn
- 4 cans of black beans, drained
- 4 pckg of taco seasoning mix
- 4 pckg of ranch dressing mix
- 2 onions to tast
- 4 (64 oz) can of tomato juice
- pepper to taste
Brown the ground beef with the garlic and onion in a pot.
Drain off any extra fat.
Pour in rest of ingredients.
Stir it all up and heat it through.
Place in gallon bag.
Lisa uses chopped green chilies for taste even though not called for.
Instead of rotel, she uses Mexican diced tomatoes with green chilies.
