  • 1 1 1 cup of watermelon (cut in cubes)
  • 1 1 1 cup of ice
  • 1 1 1 tbsp of agave nectar
  • 1 1 1 can of your favorite brand of plain sparkling water
  • Fresh mint for looks and taste!
  • I have never really been a big drinker. Alcoholic drinks don't do much for me other than make my body bigger and make my pocketbook smaller. I really only enjoy the ultra sugary, icy, fruity drinks that don't taste much like alcohol at all.

  • 1 1 1 cup of strawberries

Directions
Blend all ingredients, except for sparkling water, in a blender. If you desire an extra chilly drink, put ice in your cup first. After you have a slushy mixture, pour and divide into 2 separate cups. Lastly, pour the sparkling water on top and give the drink a good stir. Put the mint sprig on top and you'll have it "made in the shade!" Enjoy!
