Ingredients
- 2 good haddock fillets
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 small can crab meat
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2/3 cup cracker crumbs
- 2 tbs sherry (optional)
- 1/2 cup light cream
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except fillet. Use all the liquid from mushrooms and crab. Salt and pepper to taste. Place one fillet in grease pan, spread crab dressing over it and place second fillet on top. Sprinkle with buttered breadcrumbs and paprika. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
