Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs kielbasa - cut in 4-5" pieces
- 1 can (14.5 oz) Silver Floss sauerkraut
- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 small onion - chopped
- 1/2 can beer

Step 1
Rinse sauerkraut and drain well. Lightly brown kielbasa in oil and remove. Saute onion until soft; then add sauerkraut, caraway seeds and beer. Place kielbasa on top, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
