Ingredients
- 4 C Flour
- 1/3 C Sugar
- 1 Tsp Baking soda
- 1 Tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 C Shortening
- 1 Pkg. Cake Yeast (dissolve in 1/2 C hot water)
- 1 C Buttermilk (warm)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix first 5 ingrediantes together. Then add last 3.
2. Roll and cut out rolls (use glass to cut out the rolls and flour the edge. Flour the counter a little along with rolling pin so dough does not stick.) Roll to 1inch thick.
3. Place in pan and let rise for at least 2-3hrs with a dry towle over it.
4. Bake @ 350 15-18.
