Potato Cakes

  • 4 potatoes
  • ½ c cream
  • s & p

Preparation

Step 1

1. Peel and grate 4 potatoes. Drain the liquid and then add ½ c of cream.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mold them into a patty and place them on a baking sheet. 3. Please in the oven until golden brown then flip them and wait until fully cooked.
4. Bake at 400 degree for approx. 10 – 15 mins each side.
