Ingredients
- 2 small ripe avocados
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced thinly
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Remove pit from avocado, peel and chop into small chunk size pieces. 1.
Combine avocado, lime juice and cilantro in a mortar and pestle or food processor and process until not quite
smooth.

Remove to a bowl, add diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, and salt and pepper. Mix well. Refrigerate until chilled. 3.
Serve with baked tortilla chips or use in a layered Mexican dip
