Ingredients
- 1 large Avocado, diced
- 1 jar Corn and Chile Tomato-less Salsa (get at Trader Joe's)
- 1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 container fresh Sugar Plum Tomatoes (or other small cherry tomatoes)
- 1/2 Orange Bell Pepper, diced
- Cilantro Salad Dressing, to taste
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss with dressing, to taste. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Refrigerate for at least one hour to marry flavors.
