Danish Sugar Cookies

Wonderful. So tender they melt in your mouth. I like to spritz these with my cookie press.

Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. margarine, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soda
Preparation
Step 1
Cream sugars, vanilla, oil, margarine and eggs.
Stir flour, cream of tartar, salt and soda together. Gradually mix dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Drop by teaspoons or spritz onto cookie sheets. Bake @ 325 degrees for 8-10 min. This makes a large batch and they freeze well.
