Bleu Cheese And Brandy Spread
- 8 ounces bleu cheese crumbled
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 cup brandy
- 1 teaspoon thyme powdered
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients well and let sit for 1 hour so flavors can intermingle. Serve stuffed in celery, mushroom caps, or endive. Also superb wrapped up in thin slices of ham, turkey or rare roast beef!
