Crockpot Maple Glazed Boneless Pork Ribs

By

Ingredients

  • for glaze:
  • 2-3 lbs of boneless pork ribs
  • 1/4 c maple syrup
  • 1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 to 1 tbsp liquid aminos or liquid smoke
  • 2 tbsp dry mustard
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 c maple syrup
  • 1/4 c cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Season ribs with salt, pepper and onion powder. Brown on all sides in a skillet to give them a bit of color.

Combine maple syrup, dry mustard, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, liquid aminos (or liquid smoke) and water in a small bowl. Pour over top of ribs.

Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8.

When the ribs are tender, remove carefully from the pot, and place on a baking sheet. Brush them well with a glaze made from maple syrup, brown sugar and cider vinegar and place them under the broiler to crispen on the outside a bit. Just a few short minutes will do.
