Poor Man's Frosting

Ingredients

• 5 tablespoons flour
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup Crisco

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, salt and milk together in saucepan and cook on low heat. Mixture will become pasty. Cool in refrigerator.

Beat the sugar and Crisco until fluffy. Add pasty mixture and beat again until fluffy.
