Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 tbs unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted
Preparation
Step 1
Cream the butter and cream cheese together with a mixer and gradually add the sugar and cocoa. Try not to eat the whole bowl with a spoon. This should frost a 13 x 9 inch sheet cake or a dozen cupcakes (I'm guessing).
