medium carrots, cut into ½" chunks
cup green pepper, finely chopped
small onion, finely chopped
jar (10 oz.) sweet 'n sour sauce
can (15 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drain and reserve juice
Place all but cornstarch and reserved juice into slow cooker with chicken on top. Cover and cook on low 6 - 8 hours. Remove chicken. Add cornstarch dissolved in enough juice to make a medium paste to crockpot mixture to thicken. Pour over chicken and serve with white or brown rice.
