Ingredients

  • 2 cups, flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Add enough water to make a thick batter. Cut the batter with a knife into boiling water. When batter is done, drain in colander. Pour hot water over until starch is gone. Serve with browned butter.
