Mary Hazard's Dill Dip
Can be used as a veggie dip, salad dressing, or topping for Baked Potatoes
Will keep for 1 month in the refrigerator.

- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 pint mayonnaise
- 1 large onion, grated
- 3 Tbs fresh parsley
- 3 tsp dill (fresh if possible)
- 3 tsp Beau Monde seasoning (Spice Island)
1. Mix all together and let sit in the refrigerator before serving.
