Ingredients
- 1/4 c orange zest (about 3 oranges)
- 1.5 c fresh orange juice
- 1 t kosher salt
- 1 t freshly ground pepper
- 1 c butter, chilled & cut into 1" pieces
Preparation
Step 1
1. Stir together 1st 4 ingredients in a non-aluminum saucepan; bring to a boil.
2. Cook over med-high heat 25 min or until mixture is reduced to 1/4c.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Gradually whisk butter into orange juice mixture.
5. Serve immediately.
