  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1

Combine ingredients in order as listed. Mix well. Pour into a greased deep 10" pie plate. Bake at 350 deg for 45 mins or until golden brown. The middle will appear soft and it makes its own crust.

You may double and put into a greased 9 x 13 glass pan and bake at 325.
