Ingredients

  • For the glaze:
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoo vanilla extract
  • Zest of 4 limes
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Juice of one lime

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
add egg, vanilla, Greek yogurt and mix well.

In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, lime zest, and salt.
Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until incorporated.
Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop tablespoon-sized mounds onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake about 10 minutes or until edges and peaks begin to brown slightly.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.

Combine the glaze ingredients and mix until smooth and pourable. (Add more lime juice if needed to reach desired consistency)
Drizzle over cooled cookies.

Store in airtight container.
