Fresh Figs with Ricotta and Lavender Honey

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups ripe, plump fresh figs, stemmed and quartered
  • 2 tablespoons lavender honey
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the ricotta and yogurt in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and whip on medium speed until combined, about 1 minute. Scoop 1/4 cup of the ricotta mixture attractively into 4 small dessert bowls. Top with the figs and drizzle each portion generously with the honey. Garnish with mint leaves.

Serve at room temperature.
