Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 pkg. Budding beef slices, chopped and divided

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese, onion and 1/2 the chipped beef together to form a ball. Roll ball in remaining beef. If time permits, let ball chill overnight to blend flavors. Serve with crackers.
