Steak Dinner

Ingredients

  • 2 – 4 steaks
  • 1 c black pepper
  • ½ pkg mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • ½ c cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat a pan on med- high heat.
2. Press one side of the steak into the black pepper and place on to the hot oil, and salt the side that’s facing up. Cook to your desired liking.
3. Once the steaks are removed, add the thinly sliced mushrooms and let them brown. After they are cooked add s & p to taste. Add sour cream to the pan to deglaze and then add ½ c of cream. Simmer until thick.
