Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 oz box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
  • 1 c shredded parmesan-romano cheese mix
  • 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 10 oz prepared alfredo sauce
  • 1 t minced garlic
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • pepper (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and spread mixture into an 8x8" baking dish.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese are bubbling and melted.

Serve with chips or bread.
