Ingredients
- 6-10 large potatoes, cooked and cubed while warm
- preferably red potatoes
- 5 hard cooked eggs, sliced after being chilled
- 2-2 1/2 cups real mayonaise
- 1/3 cup sout cream
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
- 3 mini gherkins, chopped fine
- 1 tst celery seeds
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt, pepper and Lawry's salt
- fine chopped celery
- garnish top with green pepper rings and paprika.
