GRILLED BEEF TENDERLOIN STEAKS SIMILAR TO CAPITAL GRILLE

Ingredients
- ◾3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ◾olive oil
- ◾4 tsp rosemary, chopped
- ◾3 beef tenderloin steaks
- ◾2 small potatoes, sliced
- ◾1/4 cup spinach leaves, chopped
- ◾1/4 cup red cabbage, chopped
- ◾salt
- ◾pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix vinegar, oil, and rosemary
Coat each side of steak with vinegar marinade
Place steak in plastic bag and leave in refrigerator for 6 hours to allow marination
Place grill pan on stove over medium heat
Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper
Grill steaks for 6 minutes on each side
Salad:
Toss spinach and cabbage while sprinkling salt and vinegar over salad
Potatoes:
Fill 1/3 of a pot with olive oil and allow oil to come to a boil
Place potatoes in oil for 5 minutes
Let potatoes dry and then place potatoes in oil for another 5 minutes
