Eggs Ole

Ingredients

• butte or oil, to grease pan
• 3 (4-oz each) cans green chilies, mild
• 1 LB jack cheese
• 12 eggs
• 16-oz sour cream
• S & P to taste

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 375

grease bottom & sides of 9x12" baking dish w/ butter or oil

break open chilies & wash off seeds
line bottom of baking dish w/ chilies
slice cheese into med-sized pieces & place on top of chilies to cover evenly

in lg. bowl beat eggs w/ sour cream until well blended
add S & P to taste
pour mix. over chilies & cheese

bake uncovered 30-40 min

the eggs are done when knife inserted into dish comes out clean
