Philly Marble Brownies

Ingredients

• 1 package (21 1/2 oz.) brownie mix
• 1 package (8 oz.) Philadelphia Brand Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 less fat than Cream Cheese, softened
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 cup Bakers semi-sweet real chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare brownie mix as directed on package. Spread batter in greased 13x9 baking pan.

Mix Neufchatel cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Blend in egg. Pour over brownie batter; cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect. Sprinkle with chips.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until Neufchatel cheese mixture is lightly browned. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares.
