Ingredients

  • 3 lbs boneless ribs
  • 1 13 oz can pineapple chunks with juice
  • 1 green pepper (i add other colored peppers for color)
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 pieces preserved ginger slivered

Preparation

Step 1

cook ribs about an hour in 350 degree oven. Pour off fat. Add pineapple juice and peppers. Mix brown sugar cornstarch vinegar and soysauce and ginger and pour over ribs. Bake for about another 30 minutes basting frequently. Serve with rice.
