Ingredients
- 1 Lb. Crab Meat (claw) or 1 Lb. Small Scallops
- 1 Small Onion, diced
- 1 Tbs. Parsley
- 1/2 tsp. Oregano
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Half & Half
- 2-3 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped
- 1/2 Pkg. Stuffing Mix, crushed fine
- 1 (4 oz.) Can Mushrooms, stem and pieces, drained

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
