Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Crab Meat (claw) or 1 Lb. Small Scallops
  • 1 Small Onion, diced
  • 1 Tbs. Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. Oregano
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup Half & Half
  • 2-3 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 Pkg. Stuffing Mix, crushed fine
  • 1 (4 oz.) Can Mushrooms, stem and pieces, drained

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
