Macaroni and Cheese

  • 1 (8 oz.) Pkg. Large Elbow Macaroni
  • 2 Cups Cottage Cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) Container Sour Cream
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 tsp. Salt
  • Dash of Pepper
  • Dash of Paprika
  • Bread Crumbs, if desired



Step 1

Cook macaroni, drain. Mix cooked macaroni, cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Blend well. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle paprika on top and bread crumbs, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
