Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Head of Lettuce, torn into pieces
  • 4 Ribs Celery, chopped
  • 1 Bunch Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) Pkg. Frozen Peas, thawed but not cooked
  • 3 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped
  • 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 6-8 Slices Bacon, fried crisp
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise
  • 3-4 Tbs. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Place the lettuce pieces in the bottom of a large glass bowl. Sprinkle celery over lettuce, the green onions over celery, then eggs, cheese and half the bacon. Make a dressing by combining the sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar and garlic salt. Pour dressing over salad. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining bacon on top. Chill overnight.
