Ingredients

    Medium Head of Lettuce, torn into pieces

  • 4

    Ribs Celery, chopped

  • 1

    Bunch Green Onions, chopped

  • 1

    (10 oz.) Pkg. Frozen Peas, thawed but not cooked

  • 3

    Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped

  • 1

    Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese

  • 6-8

    Slices Bacon, fried crisp

  • Cups Sour Cream

  • Cups Mayonnaise

  • 3-4

    Tbs. Sugar

  • ½

    tsp. Garlic Salt

  • ½

    Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Place the lettuce pieces in the bottom of a large glass bowl. Sprinkle celery over lettuce, the green onions over celery, then eggs, cheese and half the bacon. Make a dressing by combining the sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar and garlic salt. Pour dressing over salad. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining bacon on top. Chill overnight.
