Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. pinto beans, cooked
  • 1-15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1-10 oz. can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 sm. 4 oz. can green chilies
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • Small onion

Preparation

Step 1

Fry meat and onion; drain fat. Combine all ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Serve over Doritos chips or corn chips (like an open-face taco). Top with cheese, lettuce, onions, pepper, etc. Makes 6 servings.
