Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese Log
  • 8 ounces philadelphia Light Cream Cheese
  • 5 ounces blue cheese spread
  • 5 ounces pimento-olive cheese spread
  • 5 ounces Old English cheese spread
  • 1 cup butter
  • chopped pecans or any other kind of nuts

Preparation

Step 1

In small mixer bowl, let cheese & butter stand at room temperature for one hour. Whip, then chill. Form two or more logs of desired size. Roll in pecans or other nuts. This also may be used to fill celery sticks. Logs may be made ahead, wrapped in plastic wrap, heavy duty foil and frozen. When needed, thaw in refrigerator.
