Ingredients
- 3 1/4 cups water
- 1 cup + 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 8 1/2 cups pineapple juice, chilled
- 6 1/2 cups cranberry-apple juice, chilled
- 1 1/2 liter ginger ale, chilled
Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan, bring the water, sugar and cinnamon to a boil; stir until sugar is dissolved. Chill. Just before serving, combine the syrup mixture, juices and ginger ale in a punch bowl or large pitcher. Serve over ice.
