Shrimp Arnaud

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1 # cleaned and cooked shrimp (cooked in salt and any shrimp boil)
  • 6 Tbsp oil
  • 2 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp paprika
  • 2 Tbsp horseradish
  • 1 celery heart, diced
  • 1/2 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp salt*
  • 4 Tbsp Creole mustard
  • 2 small green onion

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate cooked shrimp 4 hours in mixed ingredients. Serve chilled on bed of lettuce.
