Baked Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 2 Tbs. flour
  • 1 1/4 cups, milk
  • 1 Tbs/ sugar
  • 2 cups, canned corn, drained
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, well beateb

Preparation

Step 1

In a saucepan melt the butter. Blend in the flour. Steadily add the milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add sugar, canned corn, salt and pepper. Blend in the eggs. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
