Step 1

Season Meat with your favorite seasoning. PLace roast, ribs down, in shallow roasting pan. Roast at 350 for 2 1/2-3 1/4 hours until thermometer reads 160-170 degrees.

Once done, place on counter to rest for 20 minutes. I like to add rice-roni or grapes in the middle.
