Chicken Cutlets Parmesan

Option 1 - Parmesan
Option 2 - Parmesan, Garlic and Italian dry dressing mix.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large eggs
- 2 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken cutlets , thin-cut
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- option 2
- 1 env good seasons Italian Dressing mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic power
Preparation
Step 1
1. Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 350°F degrees.
2. Place ½ cup flour in shallow dish. Beat eggs in second shallow dish. Combine Parmesan, pepper, in third shallow dish.
Option 2
Mix Italian Dressing Mix and garlic power to parmesan in third plate.
3. Pat chicken dry with paper towels. One at a time, coat cutlets with flour, dip in egg mixture, dredge in Parmesan mixture, pressing to adhere.
4. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large nonstick oven ready skillet over medium heat. Cook cutlets until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side (2 for thin 3 if thicker).
5. Transfer pan to oven and cook for 10 minutes or until done.
Serve.
